What to include

  • Device type and operating system (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 18)
  • What you expected, and what happened instead
  • A screenshot if the problem is visible on screen (under 1 MB)
  • Whether parent mode, voice answers, or a specific operation was on

Common questions

I forgot the parent code.

We cannot reset it. Parent mode is stored only on the device, and we do not collect contact info that would let us recover a lost code. If the code is forgotten, the option in the app is to delete player profiles and start fresh.

Does the app need an account or the internet?

No account. Practice, profiles, and scores work on the device. Optional spoken answers use the operating system’s speech tools, which may need a network connection depending on the device.

Do you store or track my child’s information?

No. We do not collect personal information, run analytics, or keep a copy of names or scores. Read the Privacy Policy for the full details.

Is there a subscription?

No. There are no in-app purchases, ads, or subscriptions.
